4. Pre-sale Service
We will reply all kinds of questions from clients so that they can know our mini buses very well. At the same time, we provide well-known vehicles market information to clients for their study.
5. In-sale Service
We will recommend the spare parts list upon clients’ firm orders and suggest clients to ship the accessories together with mini trucks for saving transportation expenses. The delivery time is about 45 days after receiving down payment by TT.
6. After-sale Service
We provide two kinds of warranty, as follows:
A. Providing a certain percentage of free spare parts based on FOB price and ship together with light trucks, without warranty any more.
B. Providing warranty periods according to different vehicle types. Within the guarantee period, we will supply free replacement of the damaged parts to clients by sea.
We offer spare parts catalogs for clients to order accessories any time. In addition, we provide technology information and instruction.
7. Other Service
For distributors, we provide the training for technical service personnel. We also offer OEM service.
